1. Right to Cancel

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and the European Union’s Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your contract for the purchase of goods without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

2. Right of Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel the contract for the purchase of goods within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by mail, fax, or email). You may use the cancellation form provided below, although it is not mandatory.

4. Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional delivery charges resulting from a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we receive notification of your cancellation.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, no fees will be incurred by you as a result of the refund.

5. Returning Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and within 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract. The return deadline will be met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period expires.

The goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered to you, including original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods were delivered differently from what was agreed.

6. Exclusions from the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to the following items:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Goods sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons, which have been unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Opened audio or video recordings, or computer software.
• Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines.

7. Conditions for Returning Goods

The goods should be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged, with all tags and seals intact. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the goods are returned in a condition that reduces their value.

Please ensure the items are packed appropriately to prevent damage during the return process.

9. Consumer’s Responsibility

Please note that you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
